How is your information used?

The form allows Joseph and authorised administrators to understand your needs, contact you and follow up your enquiry. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. A phone number is requested for a call or WhatsApp contact. No payment is requested on this website.

The quiz saves your answers and result, even without a coaching enquiry. Its result is a starting point for reflection; it does not determine access to coaching. You choose whether to attach it to your enquiry.

Testimonials and optional photos are published only with your agreement and after moderation. You can request their removal. Browsing analytics are optional and enabled only with your agreement.

Your videos for private analysis

When you request a video analysis, your file or sharing link, goals and preferred feedback format are stored with your enquiry. Uploaded files are restricted to Joseph and authorised administrators; they are not published on the site. Records may include the agreed price, payment status and draft advice. You can ask Joseph to delete your enquiry and its uploaded file. Sharing links also depend on the settings of your chosen service.

Who can access it?

Enquiries, quiz answers and follow-up notes are restricted to authorised administrators. Cloudflare operates and stores the website and protects administrator access. Resend delivers new-enquiry and testimonial alerts to Joseph; these alerts do not include your enquiry details. Approved testimonials are visible to site visitors.

The site provides manual cleanup of unfinished quizzes and analytics older than 90 days. This is not automatic deletion. Downloaded backups are managed separately by administrators.

Your rights and choices

To request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or withdraw permission for publication, write to Joseph. Depending on the processing, you may also request portability or object. Include information needed to locate your request without sending sensitive documents unnecessarily.
